Icovia Space Planner
An example of the Icovia planner is Jordan's. Another example is the Brick.
Icovia has an excellent product with 2 version: "enterprise" version for web sites, and "designer" version for a more sophisticated user who wants more design tools. Their signin/identity system for saving room plans and emailing rooms to friends is setup per client, so their is no mobility like MVM. They also bundle tools to help analyse end users and convert them into potential clients.
